Jeremy Enneking – Treasurer
Jeremy Enneking is the founder and owner of Your Entry Work and serves as Treasurer for Mercy Table. He brings financial oversight, integrity, and strategic planning to the organization, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources to support sustainable growth.
Beth Scholer – Interim Secretary
Beth Scholer, founder of Integrated Intune Nutrition, serves as Interim Secretary for Mercy Table. With a passion for holistic wellness and organization, Beth supports board operations, documentation, and communication while contributing to the overall mission of health and community care.
Tim Cunningham – Chaplain
Pastor Tim Cunningham is the co-founder of Anointed Crusades for Christ and serves as the Board Chaplain for Mercy Table. He provides spiritual leadership, prayer, and encouragement, helping to guide the organization with faith and purpose. Pastor Tim is deeply committed to ministry and outreach, supporting Mercy Table’s mission to serve others with compassion and grace.
Glenda Watkins – Board Member
Glenda Watkins is the founder and owner of Pallet Queen PDB Jockey LLC. As a board member, she brings entrepreneurial insight, creativity, and a strong work ethic to Mercy Table, supporting strategic initiatives and community outreach efforts.
