Stirring Up Success is a hands-on teaching kitchen designed to equip you with practical cooking skills, healthy habits, and the confidence to provide for yourself and your family. In a welcoming environment, you’ll learn how to prepare simple, nutritious, and budget-friendly meals while connecting with others in community.
Led by Beth Scholer, a board-certified health and wellness coach and founder of Intune Integrated Nutrition, this program brings together culinary knowledge and whole-person wellness rooted in purpose and care.
